2 separate customers migrated this pigment. At first I thought it was a coincidence. And the customer liked the shadow effect. The second, well... it's just a bad pigment. I have experienced 24 years of full-time work. I use a shaker to mix thoroughly before use. I use the manual method, which is gentle. Very disappointed and will NEVER buy PermaBlend Eyeliner again.
