Review on NexiGo N960E 1080P 60FPS Webcam: Light, AutoFocus, Privacy Cover, USB Web Camera, Dual Microphone by Chris Lujan

The video quality is excellent for my needs (HD video conferencing). Ring lighting is very useful, especially after dark when there is no natural light coming through the windows. I'm deducting one star for the way the protective coating is implemented. There are no indications on the camera which position is open and which is closed (I ended up writing them on the mount with an indelible marker). Sure, you can tell when the camera is on, but the whole point is to cover the camera in case someone wants to spy on you when the camera is off (there's no on/off indicator). In addition, it is very difficult to operate the protective cover switch without also activating the light switch.
