Cheap looking fabric and too big!

A friend ordered this coat for my son for Christmas and when it arrived it looked like I was holding a black garbage bag, bits of fabric were sticking out of the seams and it was WAY big, I have 18 months old ordered and I have what he can wear in kindergarten! I am so disappointed that it was not at all what it looks like in the photos in the insert. 10/10 not recommended. 🥺
