These headphones were initially great and I was really impressed. The short transparent tube eliminates condensation and the sound quality is very clear. The earplug is also very comfortable. After about 20 hours of patrol use, the earpiece stopped working. Thank god it was at the start of my shift. and i could change it I've tried connecting to different radio stations but to no avail. There is a good warranty card in the package but no one from the company calls me back after a few calls and leaves a message describing my problem. I will keep trying. because it's a good headphone, but you can imagine I'm disappointed. All I can say is to have a spare handset handy.
