The customer service is great! I have always had excellent support from everyone at this organization when it comes to any questions or issues that arise with our system. They are very knowledgeable of their products as well as industry trends so they can help you make good decisions for your business needs. There really isn't anything about them that would be negative towards using their product if there was something wrong but everything works perfectly fine without issue. Their software has been extremely reliable over time which makes us feel confident knowing we won’t need constant updates every other month because some new feature wasn’t working properly like many competitors do. Being able to keep track of inventory levels easily within one place saves me tons of time throughout my day since all information is right where I want it.
