I don't remember ordering a used part
I thought I ordered a new unused thermostat for my wife's car. What I received was a repackaged assortment of used scrap thermostats. The sealed official Ford parts package included a zip-lock bag containing used parts and a warning that "THIS PACKAGE CANNOT BE RETURNED AFTER OPENING". Is that the seller's way of not taking back used parts?
