I'm picky about my showers and have had multiple shower heads over the years. I have NO complaints about it, he is physically strong. The handle, the socket that holds it, and the barrel are solid metal, not metal-coated plastic. The result feels very sturdy, and since there's no plastic in it, the tube slides and creeps more like a form-fitting one than one of those plastic tubes that just flex. It's easy to install. It literally had everything you needed including a non-adjustable wrench that fits into the base of the coupler that connects to your pipes. It came with a small hook (the smallest I've seen) to remove the pressure filter (it's already included inside) if you need more water flow (we did). It's visually appealing. The golden color is just beautiful. Point. It's easy to use. We've had other shower heads where it was very difficult to change the settings as if the socket on the head was very tight and difficult to grip. It has a handle that rotates very easily. The waterfall setting is pretty strong, which is my favorite, but all settings offer good pressure. Here, too, we have removed the supplied pressure water filter. The choice is diverse. I think there are seven settings. The pair is very similar to each other, but has good massage function, good waterfall function and good spray. So far we have been satisfied with all aspects. Very happy with this product.
