It turned my morning shower from boring to amazing. The water pressure in my upstairs bathroom is terrible. Installing this shower head made a huge difference. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that you can't adjust the angle of the shower head so it doesn't flow down. Instead it hits my head instead of my shoulder; So I pull the head out of the holder a bit to tilt it down. I don't know how long the hose will last.

Excellent! The shower looks beautiful despite the fact that it's plastic - it's even better because it's very light. The design looks high quality. The hose is perfect, extremely flexible, you don't joke with moray eels, it doesn't kink at all! The bracket (which I didn't actually use as I attach mine directly to the spout of my bin) is solid metal and looks very high quality. I didn't feel any leaks at all. The only gripe is that it doesn't actually have a massage function, but that suits me.

I liked the look of the unit and that almost everything I needed to install it was packaged with the unit. I found it unusual that a standard 1/2 inch roll of Teflon tape was included, but I soon realized why when the connection connecting my arms to the shower head began to leak after installing it in the usual way and draining the water had turned on. If this shower head needs replacing, which probably won't be for long, I'll look elsewhere. Update: 05/11/2020. After I sent a comment to another reviewer who was having a similar issue as mine, I was contacted almost immediately by a company representative. After several unsuccessful attempts to troubleshoot, the rep sent me a new hose free of charge. The hose arrived today and solved the problem. You should hand it over to a company that engages its customers in a way that solves problems. :)

I didn't like anything. Installation took 15 minutes maximum with the included wrench, tape and clear instructions. If you're worried about damaging the brass fittings, some packages come with very thin foam: wrap it in one layer around the nut before placing the supplied wrench on top and gently tighten. I'm picky about my showers and have had multiple shower heads over the years. I have NO complaints about it, he is physically strong. The handle, the socket that holds it, and the barrel are solid metal, not metal-coated plastic.
