I didn't like anything. Installation took 15 minutes maximum with the included wrench, tape and clear instructions. If you're worried about damaging the brass fittings, some packages come with very thin foam: wrap it in one layer around the nut before placing the supplied wrench on top and gently tighten. One of the illustrations indicated that the tape should be wrapped around the threads of the fitting in the same direction that the nut would be tightened. A layer of tape is enough. Before I knew it, I had my new hand shower head ready and trying it out. I didn't have a single drop when pairing and I'm thrilled. The product is attractive and easy to use. Looks a lot better than the old holey one! This is a nice upgrade at a good price.
