I have set up many 4k monitors with various Windows 10 PCs. I ordered it because it was advertised with 4K resolution (i.e. 3840 x 2160), but Windows only recognizes the maximum resolution of 2560 x 1600. I've tried all the HDMI inputs and used certified 4K cables, but it only shows 2560x1600 in the Windows display settings. The frame rate is set to 59.97. I spoke to HP tech support and they had no choice but to try a different cable or computer (which I did). Very disappointed with this HP branded product.
