This is junk. broken standard pedals that my bike had. Not only are these thick ones slipperier than you think, they're also super cheap. I ride my bike about once a week, which means it only took about 12 rides for these things to break. When I was driving on a country road, the left pedal broke. I was lucky that there was an outlet nearby, otherwise I would have been run over. My pedal was ripped off before I could pick it up, so the photo shows it was absolutely smashed. On closer inspection, my other pedal is bent and will likely break soon. They are not worth your money or your life.
