This is exactly what I was looking for in a soft silicone grip for the Quest 2. I have big hands and had to make the controllers a bit bigger. The straps are ok but I haven't used them. The silicone is not as grippy as I would like. Easy to put on, I'm pretty sure I can change the battery without removing it completely (because it's really flexible). I've used the AMVR's hard plastic grip for a while, but it's difficult to attach and detach to change the battery. The strap on the AMVR was also pretty bad.
