I love this toothpaste. I will buy it again because it works and my teeth feel less sensitive since using it. I think it helped my enamel as well. My daughter was born with a cleft palate and has multiple dental issues related to her condition. One of them is very weak and brittle teeth, along with frequent ear infections. Her dentist suggested using mouthwash and toothpaste with xylitol. Now the whole family uses this toothpaste. FYI: WebMD claims that xylitol tastes sweet, but unlike sugar, it doesn't convert into tooth decay-causing acids in the mouth. It reduces levels of tooth decay-causing bacteria in saliva and is also effective against some bacteria that cause ear infections. I hope this review was helpful to you!
