I'm currently overseas so it would make no financial sense to return this and get a new one. The "hinges" that hold it are so flimsy and cheap that they didn't survive shipping. I had to go to a jeweler and pay more than the cost of the repair. But even in this case, the jeweler fears that when worn on the bracelet, the bracelet will break again and be lost. Stick to the official Pandora tags. The quality is worth the higher price.
