This dress is beautiful! My daughter wears a 3T, sometimes a 4. She is 4 years old by tiny. I ordered this in a 2-3 and a 3-4 to try for size. The 2-3 first perfect, seems to run a little large. Love it though! The zipper was broke on ours though/caught in the fabric so had to request a replacement.
