I have osteochondrosis and severe back pain. In recent years I have been progressively worse after a leg injury that forced me to use a cane. Based on reviews and customer feedback, I decided to try this belt in hopes that it would ease the pain. It arrived yesterday and has been wearing it ever since except when I went to bed. Unfortunately it has helped my pain by maybe 10 percent. I still have a lot of pain wearing it. I will not be returning the belt because with much pain I take that 10 percent ease. However, if I had known it wouldn't help much, I wouldn't have bought it. It just didn't work for me.
