Tried a few different coveralls/pyjamas to keep the diaper in place and to hide the bald spot on my elderly incontinent pup. This one is my favourite. This material is thicker and warmer than t-shirt material, but has more stretch than the cheap fleece used in other overalls. It's snug enough to keep the diaper in place and gently hug my older pup (which has a nice calming effect) but stretchy enough for me to pull him in with ease and he can move around comfortably when he wears them. And of course it has all the necessary holes for the pup to walk (without a diaper) and still keep his bald head warm.
