We got this net to play cucumber ball and haven't quite mastered the game yet, and it's just a set of nets, not a bat and ball, but a net . fairly easy to assemble, the parts are numbered and connected more or less in ascending number order. Once assembled following the instructions, you can easily assemble it again. The parts connect and disconnect easily and the racks are strong enough. The net has velcro straps for tightening at each end. While this seems like a nice portable set that's good for learning the game, I wouldn't mind leaving it outside when not in use. I don't think the mesh will hold up well in the sun and the poles are likely to rust. But if you take good care of it and clean it carefully, it will last a very long time.
