Review on SmartPACK by Brett Kolpack
Great for quickly identifying holes and other manufacturing error problems
Easily detects an uncut hole in my model by detecting zero thickness at that point! This software is fast to load into your machine which makes post processing work much faster than traditional methods with more steps needed per print job (exporting GCode).
Would prefer if this was available via a plugin or external app but still happy knowing what I am working against so its not completely perfect everytime like some programs out there are sometimes too good :) I like how easy this software is to use (and its very intuitive). It's also fairly accurate in terms or machining errors which makes life easier! There really isn't anything i dislike about smartpack at present - but feel free if you have any questions/comments please do get them through our support team who will be happy help with your queries :) We are using SMART PACK mostly due too accuracy issues we had previously wothout automation tools / process flow optimisation etc..
- Very simple yet effective tool for getting all sorts o data from 3D prints without having t spend hours exportng gcode, saving it as.stl then loading up different apps..just loads straight onto desktop ready when required :} Great way 2 keep track & measure progress + report back easily!!!!! The
