Of these 10 boxes, 5 arrived intact. The rest had minor to moderate damage (small pieces of plastic missing, spine cracked and chipped, etc.). Revain quickly sent me a replacement set of 5 damaged hulls. Between two sets I could find a full set of 10. Undamaged cases seem to work fine. They open and close normally; DVDs are inserted and held securely, but released without much effort. The case will have a standard cover and inside there are small tabs for the booklet that comes with some DVDs. Ultimately, I blame Memorex for not being able to pack these cases better or make them more durable. Revane did a good job protecting her in transit, but that wasn't enough. These cases are great for storing DVDs, but be prepared for Revain to send them back and forth to get them intact. And check each box carefully when you receive it.
