Works perfectly! Just use a gentle touch

Used with a $50 steamer (also purchased from Revain). Removed two layers of wallpaper at once. I read all the reviews before purchasing and followed the advice of others to use a light touch. Apparently this was enough to penetrate two layers of wallpaper and allow the steam to loosen the adhesive underneath both layers. Couldn't be happier. The wall underneath was plastered (the house was built in 1950). I'm not sure if a different wall material would have changed the results. But for my purposes it was great.
