Facts we know about the product: 1. It appears to be well made with no rough edges or ill-fitting parts.2. It was well packaged, especially for the surge protector, so there shouldn't be any damage in transit.3. The included 10 foot extension is at least 14/3 gauge wire and may be 12/3 gauge wire. In any case, it will draw all the current that this box is expected to require. We like how the flat fork enters the wall less than 1 inch, compared to the roughly 2 inches taken up by regular forks. The device has 3 separate circuits, each of which can be switched on and off at will. One of these 3 is USB only, 5 USB ports and both electrical ports have 4 plugs each. Careful use should allow you to eliminate a significant amount of phantom power. This happens when circuits get hot, transformers get power, etc. Also, I have nothing good or bad to say about this product. BUT! OF COURSE, I DON'T NEED FEEDBACK ON YOUR PRODUCT IF A COMPANY WANTS IT BEFORE THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE IT. IT'S AS IF NTONPOWER TRYES TO POST GOOD REVIEWS BY REQUESTING REVIEWS LONG BEFORE THE USER HAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO TEST IT. THIS PRODUCT CAN BE GREAT OR BAD.
