This is the second wiper arm on the passenger side.
This is the second broken wiper arm on the passenger side of my Audi Q7 from this manufacturer. The first one broke after just under a year and the lever I installed now broke two days later. The spur gear bearings have come loose from their housings. It happened when I was driving my daughter to violin lessons during a thunderstorm. It was not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous. This is "exactly" what happened to the previous wiper arm I bought. This product is poorly built.
