5 stars because the quality is really good and you can't beat the price but I got the driver's side instead of the passenger's side and had to return it. I ended up picking it up from a landfill.

This lever broke off just over a year after installation and scratched the hood of my Q7. The same problem that others have experienced. Although it has the Audi logo on the back and was sold as an OEM at the time, it wasn't meant to be. An absolute junk! Try it out directly at Audi. Buyer warning!

This is a poor quality product. I bought this wiper arm and after 5 months it started to rust. The company asks me to contact them via email and has not provided it. Don't buy this one. Get a genuine Audi part. The Q7 is known to have a weak wiper arm for the passenger. They often break during use and when you need it most. This is the second broken wiper arm on the passenger side of my Audi Q7 from this manufacturer. The first one broke after just under a year and the lever I installed now broke two days later. I bought this in November 2017 to replace the original lever which broke after 10 years. This replacement lasted until mid-April 2019 when it broke in the same place. I suspect this is due to poor Audi design form causing fatigue fractures at weak points. However, the OEM part is made from a more durable cast metal than the Chinezieum injection molded part that it is.
