I only use TerraBloom for my filters. This is the first time I've bought a 6 inch and the first time I'm dissatisfied. Normally a one-off mistake doesn't get me to write this review, but that's totally unacceptable and I don't have time to return it. It's time to check out AC Infinity. UPDATE: This company resolved my complaint by sending a brand new filter completely unsolicited and unsolicited. So in that case I'll upgrade my rating. You can't complain about this kind of customer service. Many Thanks. Additional update: people who leave feedback that these filters don't work are either using them too harshly or incorrectly. These filters work well as long as you don't exceed their limit, size the fans, and match the CFM to your space. If you are purchasing a similar item, do not purchase the essentials for your needs; Buy more than you think you need and enjoy headroom. It took me at least 12 months. Last update: I sealed the specific filter in my picture with thick tape. I ran it on a 6 inch AC Infinity fan at just over 12 square feet. I ran at half speed almost all of the time except for the last 30 days or so when I turned on the fan a bit. I washed the pre-filters about every 60-90 days. I've been using this filter for about 3 years! I could keep using it, but I've got a new one here and I don't want to be caught at the wrong time 'cause I need to replace it, you nomsain? ;) Great product, I will buy again.
