I have been an ASE certified automotive technician for many years and even longer as an accessory fitter. I'm just saying this so people reading this review will understand that this wasn't my first rodeo. One light was 100% DOA out of the box while the other light only worked on low beam. Being an installer for almost 20 years doesn't mean they were just wired wrong which is pretty damn impossible, but depending on the vehicle manufacturer and standard choice or not. Serial wiring for headlights. In any case, I studied the connector configuration diagram they sent me and made sure they are connected correctly. I then applied power and ground directly to each of the high/low/ground pins and there was no activity from the light at all. As for the LEDs, I also tried reversing the polarity to see if the factory wired the case wrong, but no. Nothing. So the 1st Light was a hopeless case. To the second world. I just hooked it up to see if the low beam works, the high beam doesn't. I tried jumpering the headlight connector and ran my power probe straight to battery voltage and ground, but the high beam still didn't work. I tried reversing the polarity on this circuit and nothing. So of 2 headlights with 4 function modes, only 1 low beam worked = 75% failure of 2 brand new headlights. Note: the packages were not damaged upon delivery, they were perfectly packed. In any case, I will NOT be buying another pair of OLS just to wait a few more weeks for a second refund because if that's the quality I can expect from these lights, this is definitely what's guaranteed to happen. . Sorry guys, this is ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!
