Good shelf, wall anchors are junk
The shelf itself is great, but the wall anchors are junk - put a few screws in the wall anchors and you have something you'll never need to worry about. Fail! I drilled holes and put in wall plugs which came loose immediately when I tried to screw the stand to the wall, leaving some good holes in the wall. Eyelets on the screws, then unscrew them when you want to use the covers. I didn't use 3m tape but didn't think it would be strong enough to support the weight of the frame and mop.
