where to start Buy WD or Seagate instead.
So I bought it because it was cheaper than Western Digital or Seagate and that was a mistake. A week after I bought it, it deleted itself and I had to reformat and reinstall everything. So I call support 2 times with no answer, the third time I called they just said they couldn't help me and hung up. Seriously the worst customer support I've ever dealt with, for your own good please spend a little more on WD and Seagate.
