Review on Wilson Pro Overgrip 3 Pack by Brian Quenzer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Strongest rubber I've ever tried

I've tried several rubbers in 3 packs (Yonex Supergrap, Wilson Pro Comfort, Tourna Tac and Babolat Pro Tour), here is the status of each Yonex Supergrap: Thickness 0 , 6mm, initially semi-sticky feel, then the rubber material is easy to rub off and turns into a paper feel. If you're okay with the feel of the paper (less sticky) then you're fine. Durability: 812 hours of actual playtime for me, I have very rough hands so most grips have a short lifespan. Note: The stickiness goes away after about 4 hours of play Wilson Pro Comfort: 0.55mm thick, this is like the more durable Yonex Supergrap if you want to keep it sticky. Durability: 1216 hours of actual gameplay. Tourna Tac: 0.4mm thick, I tried it for its thinness. which I think would offer a better feel, except that I personally remove the original grip and make a two-layer grip with pads (original grips are usually 1.2mm thick) so the grip turns out to be too thin and I ended up with blisters , so I stopped trying the other two handles. It was stickier than Supergrap and Wilson Pro but I don't know about durability as I only used it for a couple of hours. Durability: No data, I changed it after 4 hours due to swelling. Babolat Pro Tour: 0.6mm thick, stickier than Supergrap and Wilson Pro, loses some of its stickiness after a few hours of play. Longevity: 12 hours, but stickiness wears off slightly even after 24 hours of play.
