Terrible dead fish smell

I've been buying them for many years and haven't had any problems so far. DO NOT BUY these until Revain has cleared and replenished current stock. My husband thinks it smells like dead fish. I think it smells like super strong solvent or chemicals. I almost threw up when I opened the package. Sent it back for exchange, the replacement smelled the same. Usually they have a mild, pleasantly fruity taste, odorless.
