The handle arrived broken. The missing part was .

The handle arrived broken. It was missing a part that allowed me to adjust the length of the handle and lock the handle so I had no control over the mop. I screwed it on and fixed the handle in one position with a clamp. Now I can use this thing, but I don't get any of the benefits of a retractable handle. Returning defective goods for a working device or refund took too long. Hence the do-it-yourself solution. I have written detailed instructions on how to whip up a failed one in previous posts.
