This is a good product but I gave it 2 stars because of the terrible packaging. Impossible to tell how much liquid is in the bottle, the pump is blocked, it won't open and there is LOTS of waste. At this price I want to be able to use every drop of product which is impossible with this hard plastic dispenser bottle. When the pump stopped working I had to break the plastic stopper and even then the hole is so narrow I couldn't squeeze the lotion out. But when I opened the bottle I saw that it was enough for a few more uses. I will not buy it again until the packaging changes. I'll just switch back to plain retin.
