Avene switched to pump bottles about a year ago. I didn't get 4 bottles and had my husband open the container so I could use a cotton swab to scoop out the remaining product. After the 2nd bottle of Pylsiolift eye and RetrinAL .1 failed I am postponing what I hope are two similar SkinCeuticals products that come in jars. I love the product but hate the shipping system and for what I am paying I want to be able to use every last one.

I rarely, if ever, write a review but while I absolutely love this product its delivery system is absolutely terrible and results in you probably wasting 50% of the product in the container due to the inability to access through one defective pump supply system. This is a good product but I gave it 2 stars because of the terrible packaging. Impossible to tell how much liquid is in the bottle, the pump is blocked, it won't open and there is LOTS of waste. At this price I want to be able to use every drop of product which is impossible with this hard plastic dispenser bottle.
