I really love this cream and would order again but the packaging it comes in is just awful! I did about 20 pumps before the pump stopped working. I tried everything to fix it but to no avail and I ended up having to smack the container against my palm to extract any product. It was very uncomfortable, so I took a skewer and slowly pulled out the product bit by bit and transferred it to another container. I couldn't get it all out and at some point I have to smash and smash the container so I can get the rest out. I don't understand why this cream was stuffed into a hard plastic container that couldn't be squeezed and with such stupid pomp! You should learn from Kerave and use a container like a serum tube. It works so well, pushing every bit through its pump. While I love this Eau Thermale cream I can't buy it again and I have to go through this problem over and over again. With a price this high, they should make it easy to get every last drop of their product. I hope that one day they solve the problems inherent in their delivery system and fix this incredibly stupid design! Pity! Update 8/16/19 - Found the bottom of the container dropped (dropped, bounced). You can then press the bottom with your finger or something long like a pen or screwdriver and slide the product up and out of the bottle into another container. Much easier than using a skewer lol! Updated 12/16/19. I decided to try this product again as I had figured out how to get all the cream out of the tube when the pump failed. My experience with it has been much better so far and I haven't had a pump failure after about 1 month of daily use. Fingers crossed for a sequel! I still think they should update the shipping system as several reviewers have reported issues with it.
