I rarely, if ever, write a review but while I absolutely love this product its delivery system is absolutely terrible and results in you probably wasting 50% of the product in the container due to the inability to access through one defective pump supply system. I love this product and have been using it for years for rosacea on the recommendation of my dermatologist. While the product is superb I am wondering if I will buy it again as the last 3 times I have bought it I have not been able to use the entire contents of the jar without the lid in breaking the pond and manually pumping that thing. Scratch off the contents to avoid losing them. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist many years ago, so I bought it at her office to try it at a much higher price. This is one of the best products I can use for my rosacea skin but 2.5 years later they change the packaging and since then you've wasted at least 50% of the product. I am convinced that this is deliberately packaged in such a way that you would have to buy it sooner than if you could use the entire contents of the package.
