Great and versatile
So I was actually really hesitant to buy adjustable dumbbells due to the safety concerns, but after receiving one I have to say the adjustability is so convenient, and I have no concerns about the weights not locking into place.
I bought one at first to test it out, and I really rattled it around like a shake-weight with all the different settings to try to see if I could make it budge, and they held great. I have no concerns using these for chest press above my head at all and bought a second one now that I feel comfortable with how the first one operated and have worked out with it about 4 separate times.
