I was surprised when I opened the package - it looks like a giant phone case and feels too small for my tablet. But it's really adjustable, and once you put it on the case's bumpers, it's great for protecting your tablet. They stretch the case to fit the corner and side bumpers to fit any size tablet - a wide range of stretch so I think their "universal" claim is true. After the initial stretch, move the side bumpers so they don't block tablet controls. If the camera port is blocked by one of the corner bumpers, remove that corner bumper while using the camera and then reattach it - it's easy. My tablet was very slippery, this case makes it more comfortable to grip. I haven't had enough time to evaluate its durability, but I don't expect it to fail - nothing is really going to happen.
