I use these monitors for work, school, and personal research. You can install them side by side with a minimal gap in the middle. The automatic input detection is a great feature that allows me to always keep my work laptop connected via HDMI and my personal laptop via the VGA or DVI input (it makes it easier to connect and disconnect display cables from one device to another; the automatic input detection will work after one device is turned off and another device connected to a different display input of the same monitor is turned on). As soon as you press the power button on the back for the first time after opening the box, I found that there is no real need to press the monitor's buttons, which are inconveniently located on the back of the monitor, unlike others, where they are down or in front. The screen quality is excellent, I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy 24 inch monitors.
