I bought this unit for a customer to replace his aging PC, the overall quality of the outer casing is a bit like cheap plastic, the unit stands on a stand quite stably , but I don't think I would recommend it to a kid using the touchscreen feature, wired keyboard and mouse? come on, why don't you turn on the wireless combo? because everything is in one block to avoid cables. Installation was easy, except for the USB and Ethernet ports, which I tried with the existing cable, but the lights on the port kept changing from green to orange (everything worked fine on the previous PC). Replaced the ethernet cable, same as me, I didn't have another cable, and the wifi router was very close so I used a wifi connection. The situation is similar with USB connections. I've had issues with the ethernet port working with a mouse or keyboard from time to time, very strange. Overall score 3 out of 5 for the above issues
