Review on QualGear QG KIT CA 3IN W Projector Accessory Ceiling by Paul Barnes
The crucial key is missing. Without them, it is impossible to properly install the projector.
You will need an M4 or M6 hex key to properly tighten the screws that attach the projector to this bracket. It wasn't included in the package I received. Not sure if they don't include it anymore or if it's just a manufacturing/packaging issue as the plastic bag seems to have room for a wrench (S3706-4 in the photo) and the wrench section isn't open, but the wrench is not. And the installation instructions seem to indicate that it needs to be activated. Most people don't have this key at home as it is a special key. I was wondering about all the 5 star reviews until I saw "Free Gift". Sentence.
