Puzzle didn't have all the pieces. Bought this for an anniversary present. Started assembling the set with my hubby yesterday only to find that the spacers were missing. I emailed the seller asking for the missing spacers, was told that I lost them and to replace them with paper. I didn't lose the spacers, they were never there, both of us checked several times. I don't care if I can make my own spacers out of paper, this puzzle was expensive, I want all the parts I paid for. Tried to contact the company but the website is in a language that Google can't even translate and their email didn't work. I don't recommend this product or Robotime, won't be buying from them again.
