I don't know what I did to my sister's thigh! I wear it every day and have bought 4 more as gifts. I love it because it's so comfortable and has enough space for a phone, wallet and even keys. Nowadays when we don't want to use our hands, it's so helpful. It's also a lot easier to keep track of all my steps for the day. I run in it and everything stays in place compared to shorts/pants with phone pockets. The only advice I would give is that this is not one size fits all. If you have big hips, order a size up and it may not fit if you are unusually small or tall.
