Exceeded my expectations. I ordered an L in yellow for my 4.5 m toy poodle. Now she weighs about 10 pounds, but she is growing very quickly. I thought L would stay in her drawer for a while until she grew up, but this cape has enough elastic drawstrings to be worn around the waist as well as over a hoodie. Although it's a bit too big for her now, it's entirely possible to wear it. The fabric and buttons are of good quality, there are no seams inside.
