Review on 🖥️ WAVLINK USB 3.0 to SATA Dual-Bay Hard Drive Docking Station with Clone & Sleep Function [12TB x2] - Black by Troy Early

This was a test to replace my 7 year old eSata BlacX single bay docking station. A known-good drive failed to mount completely and the blue light would not stop blinking. The USB 3.0 Dual Docking Bay was powered off before the drive was inserted and normal safe eject procedures were used. Tried a second USB 3.0 Type A cable rated at 12VDC on the adapter. I've searched for "damaged disc" many times in these Revain reviews. Wow! So; Reconnected old BlacX dock, restored disk/FAT permissions under OS, sent Wavlink back to Revain. Feeling like a happy punk? Me, I'm retired so I'll play on the second spare and then update the rating ;) Thanks again Revain customer service. EDITOK, the second document seems to work fine. This cheap black friday dock is only used to transfer files for my old 3.5 or 2.5 drives. WavLink is never used for my PC cloning needs as cheaper and faster single drive enclosures along with Macrium Reflect Free give you so much more. drive flexibility. Easier than you think. WavLink with JMS561U chipset is the slowest case I have. To be fair, the dock for both drives is in a bridge configuration. My replacement Samsung SSD is about 100MB/s slower when writing/reading, but that's not a problem in the real world. The best news is that I haven't experienced any disc separation when transferring files. Fingers crossed or the aviary will soon end up in the landfill. My old BlacX eSATA Dock is now on the shelf for standby use. This dock does not have an eject button, so a safe power off will always occur with both or one spinning hard drive(s). Lol take them out if you want. Thanks again for replacing Revain 2 day.EDIT! Use this as an external poor man movie server. Worked well for many months when the 3T disk was unreadable at boot. The hard drive is now in RAW format as reported by Disk Management. After many safe recovery attempts, I started looking for hard drive recovery software. SysTools won because of the price, guarantee, and recovered all 1800 video files after 30 hours. Find user reviews for "RAW".
