I've used Sanus (High), Mount-It (Mid) and other inexpensive brands in the past so I have a good idea of the TV. /Monitor mounts. I was looking for a very slim monitor mount for my PC and this seemed to fit the bill. I didn't need articulations, so should this simple mount suffice? The bonus was only ten dollars. Unfortunately, this mount is terrible. The included hardware for installation was cheap. My drill smashed the hardware with very little effort. I had to use my own equipment.2. The lightweight 27-inch monitor cannot be held in place. The screw holding the incline in place can't be tightened any further than mine and it still slides down. Very disappointing! Now I know. Don't skimp on the fixture. for my $300 screen (not that that was my intention). But there really is a reason why other brands cost more.
