Difficult installation - weak tape

This product let me down primarily because of the installation. First, the pins aren't perfectly aligned, so it took a few tries to get the connector to fit properly. Then the connector won't snap into place, so that's the problem. Also, the supplied adhesive tapes do not securely hold the light to the vehicle's dashboard. I had to use silicone to glue the lamp to the body. Overall not satisfied and may need to return to the original light.
