Feels very high quality and so far pet hair hasn't stuck to the black fabric as expected. I bought this (and two others) for my daughters Easter baskets and filled them with treats. They each have their own cat and my oldest daughter (age 10) has loved Minnie Mouse since she was a child. Her kitten looks like Figaro, and that's what she named him. As soon as I saw it I knew it was perfect for her; I found a unicorn house for my youngest daughter and a mermaid tail for my middle daughter, all perfect for her personality and taste. This pet house is definitely a great fabric if you're looking for something that will fit a household with multiple dogs (including Alaskan Malamutes) and multiple cats. We've had it for about a month now and I can honestly say I've never had to curl or vacuum it - SHOCK right?! My only downside is that it was more expensive than I expected to pay for a cat house. I would be more comfortable with a price tag of $27-$30 (I think I paid about $37).
