For the price this product does kill the draft coming in well enough. However, there’s no major change to the temps in the room, the heat doesn’t stay contained as well as I thought it would. It’s a very light material, could rip easily so be careful putting it on. Nice leggings. More interesting with a pattern. I would recommend buying one size larger, they definitely run one size smaller. I am a true size 16. Very, very cute costume. The skirt is shorter than it looks and the top is as well. The belt that goes around the waist was way smaller than the size of the skirt. There were also a lot of extra pieces that I wasn't quite sure where they went but it worked out fine.
