I love this lip balm. A lot of. And I ordered my second one. However, this appears to be a bad batch as the plastic applicator that rubs your lips seems to have a manufacturing defect which results in a small plastic knot protruding here and this is uncomfortable for the apple as it appears to be scratching your lips. That didn't happen with my first tube. They have changed something because the edges are also less rounded compared to my first tube. I don't like making a fuss, but lips are a sensitive part of the body and this is a personal care product that is in close direct contact so you can really feel it. Please repair! I received 2 tubes with this defect and it's frustrating.
