I bought 2 of these and the phone I'm using has the standard Monarch UAG case for Samsung S21 Ultra. February 10, 2021, no reply, then I filled out the contact form on their website on February 12, 2021, still no reply. The phone shows "Wireless Charging Paused" then goes back to charging and 2k 3 seconds later it says "Wireless Charging Paused" again. This continues in a cycle as the battery level decreases. The phone has a very low brightness setting. When I connect the phone directly with a USB-C cable to the same 12V charger with QC3.0 and PD, the phone charges perfectly even with the screen at full brightness. EDIT: Support was on Chinese New Year holidays; They have responded, replaced the defective unit and it works very well.
